Frequently Asked Questions
All my items are handmade and made to order.
My approximate turnaround time is *2-3 weeks due to the current COVID-19 situation in the world & a high volume of orders. (not including weekends or holidays). I will do my best to get your orders out as quickly as possible.
*Time frames may be higher at times due to sales and a high volume of orders being placed.
- *Please keep in mind I'm a one woman shop everything is done by myself.
- I understand that this maybe a long turnaround time, but please keep in mind I run this business by myself with a full-time daytime job and children. If you do decide to place your order I truly appreciate your patience and your business.
Please allow 14 business days (Tues-Fri) before inquiring about an update of your order status.
How do I send My Logo?
- You can send me your Order# , High Quality Logo in PNG and JPEG format (NO screenshots , please) and any business information (ex. social media info) you would like on your products to: email@example.com
Can I Rush my order?
- I am unable to accept any rush orders at this time. I ask that you re-order any stationery supplies at least 3 weeks before you think you may run out. Please contact me before ordering if you need it in a RUSH as rush orders are not possible and refunds will not be given.
- Coupon codes cannot be combined. By policy this platform allows one coupon code per order.
- Though I may have multiple codes available, Only ONE code can be used per transaction.
- After an order is placed, coupon codes CANNOT be added. Please do not leave a coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.
Exchanges & Returns
- There are No Exchanges, Refunds or Returns due to the customized nature of each item.
Wrong Shipping Address
- Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. I am not responsible if your package is returned to me due to incorrect addresses or names in the package. If the package is returned to me the buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship the order.
My shipping days are once a week right now until the current COVID-19 outbreak resolves. I currently ship all domestic orders via USPS Mail.
- USPS have an estimated delivery of 3-7 business days (after processing period) depending on where you are located in the USA.
Orders over $50 will receive FREE SHIPPING.
When your order is completed you will be sent an email confirmation stating it has been fulfilled and you will also receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Once the package has left my hands and is given to USPS, Cruz Creative Designs is NOT responsible for delays, lost and/or stolen packages once its in USPS possession. I do not replace items that were lost or stolen via mail.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Cruz Creative Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
I currently do not ship outside the U.S. I hope to provide this option soon.
